Latex shine in theory and practice

Latex shine in theory and practice

Hello my lovelies,

I do not know what’s about you but when it comes to wearing latex. But as important as the latex feeling on your skin is for me the good maintained and cared look of the shiny material. Okay, I must admit that sounds at first like I would talk about the glowing look of healthy skin and hair. But let’s think about it for a second…  to compare well maintained latex with healthy skin isn’t that irrelevant isn’t it? Both are natural products :-D and you’ll see and feel right away whether your latex or skin/hair is well-groomed or not.

If you leave your latex too long in the sun or you clean it with to aggressive products or (please never let that happen) it get in contact with nickel containing metals, all this will leave it tracks in the short and the long run. Hence, the proper care of my favorite material latex is totally important for me. I look at it the following way: I spend so much money for an extraordinary and fantastic latex garment, e.g. buy a tight latex catsuit and you’ll find very quick an invoice in your letter box that says 400,00€, so I want the shiny piece of clothing to look  and feel as long as possible ‘fresh, crisp, shiny and soft’.

And that’s the point where the proper latex care comes into play.  One of the most common questions I receiving from you is ‘how’ this is possible.

Many tips and tricks I have already summarized for you in my ‘Latex Guide’. The ‘Latex-Guide’ comes as a sexily E-Paper *laughing* which you can download for free very easily as a pdf-file on my website Susan Wayland Club. All you need to do is just to enter your e-mail address. And that’s it. Now you can start right away to read all the information I have collected for your and you’ll know of what you’ve to pay attention and what you should avoid when it comes to latex (theoretically). :-)

But beside the gray dull theory (okay, I have added some colorful images to the ‘Latex-Guide’ as well to sweeten your reading time *smiles*) I am pleased that I can give you now great tools for your latex care as well.

You can purchase a great basic latex care assortment from VIVISHINE in my online store. It encloses a latex cleaner, a dressing aid and – VERYYY important – a shine product for the wonderful gloss. If I should pick a favorite of those products it would be really difficult because all of them have a fantastic quality. However, I must admit I have a little crush on the latex cleaner. After washing the latex with the washing lotion it is sooo soft, it’s not a rough, dull, drily cleanness, it’s more the kind of a moistured one which gives your latex a clean ‘basic shine’.

Afterwards the latex doesn’t stick together and there are no rubber bulges –  SO IMPORTANT, I’m going crazy when that happens and it can happens a lot with the wrong cleaner (unless your latex is chlorinated). The result is just beautiful and I do not have the need to treat the latex with silicone oil or powder once again. I just can hang it with a good feeling in my closet. I like to compare the washing result with these oil shower-baths.  You know, after showering your skin is clean but also moistured, feels soft and smooth and there is no need for extra body lotion. Prettyyy nice! :-)

You can buy the latex cleaner and the basic latex care assortment from VIVISHINE in my new category ‘favorite products’ in Susan Wayland Store.

No matter whether if it’s the E-Paper in theory or the latex care products for the actual use, I hope these things maybe helping you a little. I’m happy when I can share some insights with you whether you are already a latex expert or you a quite new with the subject latex and its shiny fascination.

*sweet kisses *
SWAY

    Hallo Susan.
Was mache ich denn, wenn ich schon Deinen Newsletter beziehe? Ich kann ihn nur aktualisieren, komme aber so keinen Schritt weiter. Wo ich die Tips doch so dringend benötige. :-)
    Bis später, Peter :-)
